BUSH 43- With a nod to Randall Wallace and his brilliant screenplay BRAVEHEART, President Bush 43 is the most ruthless  Republican to ever sit in the White House, and the third most ruthless President ever,

ANDREW JACKSON is Number #1, for making killing Cherokees a national sport.

JAMES K, POLK is number 2 for invading Mexico, and causing all our immigration problems. 

NIXON- Stone and Hopkins came close but they still failed to understand the man. When you are raised a Quaker, you have to over compensate.

His whole life was his personal war against being a Quaker.  Once he decided his political career needed for him to go to war and thus renounce his Quakerism, it was all downhill.  But hey i love the man,  while courting Pat he drove her to dates with other men, and waited for her.  Only Richard Nixon and  Homer Simpson would do that.

 President Gore is Principal Skinner...which is why there is no mention of him in any official records.

CLINTON- Maybe the most complex president since Wilson. Brilliant, a man who would cut a deal on anybody including his wife, his party, his adoring masses.

And yet, as a poor boy, white trash,  when he was offered the world  by Catholic priests at Georgetown if he would only convert,  he turned them down, saying he could not do that since he was a Southern Baptist. It is that  hidden belief system, never revealed, that is his most fascinating trait. He was a great Prime Minister( like Tony Blair) but a bad President because as head of state he was still President of the Senior Class.

Finally

the flaw in our system of Government is that

Republicans  understand what it means to be Heads of State but they make  lousy Prime Ministers

and

Democrats are great Prime Ministers but  lousy Heads of State.
